Smoky Sour
Fill your cocktail shaker with ice, pour in a large measure of Big Peat, add the equivalent measure of lemon juice, a dash of sugar syrup and egg white. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds until cold. Strain into a glass with ice then garnish with a dehydrated lemon slice. Enjoy the Islay character of Big Peat as he imparts a deep, smoky charm on a classic Whisky Sour!
