Please be aware the shipping times detail below are approximate. During periods of high demand, orders may be delayed slightly, however, we’ll always endeavour to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

United Kingdom

Orders will be delivered within 2-3 working days.

Most orders will be charged at £5.99, however, orders weighing less than 750 grams will be charged a reduced rate, varying from £1.99 to £3.50, depending on weight. There is no surcharge for deliveries to the Highlands and Islands.


Orders will be delivered within 3-7 working days.

Shipping price is calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery country.

Rest of World

Orders will be delivered within 5-14 working days, although there may be some variance.

The cost of shipping is calculated based on the weight of your order and delivery country.

A signature is required upon delivery of all orders made through our website. If you are not going to be at the address specified on your order at the time of delivery, please get in touch and we will help to make alternative arrangements.

Please note that all orders will include Value Added Tax where relevant, however, some countries may impose additional local taxes. Orders of more than six bottles (or equivalent weight) will incur an additional delivery charge.

What forms of payment do you accept?

How do I track my order?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email to confirm your order has been received. We will send another email once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Our courier will then send an e-mail confirmation of your order containing a unique tracking reference to allow you to track your order online. In some instances, the courier may also allow you to alter your day of delivery through the tracking reference.
My order didn't arrive on time! What do I do?

Returns and Exchanges

In the unlikely event that your order isn’t quite what you expected, or you’ve simply changed your mind, we’d happy to help arrange a refund or exchange. Please get in touch within 7 days (with photographic evidence for damaged or faulty orders) with our customer service team by email or phone (+44(0) 141 300 4917) to arrange a return.
