      Tasting Notes

      The 3 wood maturation process which includes Sherry, Bourbon and Virgin Oak Casks imparts a complex array of flavours and characteristics to the spirit.

      Nose

      Custard and candied ginger mingle with toasted brioche and a zesty candied orange style.


      Palate

      Treacle on the palate alongside a spiced cereal quality with buttery biscuits and juicy apricots.


      Finish

      Lingers on with a woody spiciness plus stone fruits and vanilla buttercream.
