Speyside

The Speyside region, though relatively small geographically, comprises over half of Scotland’s Malt Whisky Distilleries, due to its fertile landscape and fast-flowing water source: The River Spey. Whiskies from Speyside tend to be rich, often sherried, with winter spices and a warm Christmas pudding character.
