Other Cancellation Grounds: We may also cancel a competition if fairness or safety is compromised, if the prize is no longer available, or if there are insufficient ticket sales to make the competition viable.

We are not responsible if a winner does not claim their prize within the specified deadline.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
We are not responsible for any delayed, lost or misdirected entries or prizes, nor for postcard entries lost in transit.
We are not liable for delivery to an incorrect address provided by the entrant.
Subject to clause 12 below, we (and our agents and representatives) exclude all liability for any loss, damage, injury, or death resulting from participation in the competition or acceptance of the prize, unless such loss, damage, injury or death is caused by our negligence, wilful default, or breach of statutory duty.
