Advertising Rules 

Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. 

This ‘Golden Bone’ activation features prizes which consumers can win should they find one of the Golden Tickets, or the Golden Bone hidden in the packaging of random bottlings.

The competition is live in the UK, Netherlands and Germany only. Prizes may vary in each region.

UK Prize Breakdown 

Golden Ticket (s) Prize: 

• x1 Hotel Chocolat Velvetiser

Golden Bone Prize:  

• £500 towards Travel and Accommodation for 2 people to Edinburgh

Private Experience voucher for 2 people, valid for 1 year from date of find. Proof of purchase via receipt or email receipt + image of the golden bone will be required.  

The Chocolatarium experience will include a private tour of the site and Whisky Truffle making with the Chocolatier along with a pairing of the new Scallywag Chocolate Edition Whisky. The experience will last for approx. 90 minutes.

Entrants must be based in the UK. This prize is nontransferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.  

Conditions of Prize Redeeming: 

1.1. You must be aged 18 or over. 

1.2. You must email proof of purchase of the Scallywag Chocolate 2024 Edition and the found Golden Ticket or Golden Bone to scott.morrison@douglaslaing.com. Image attachments will suffice. From there we will contact you regarding the next steps to redeeming your prize.  

1.3. You are not permitted to enter if you are associated with the activation. 

1.4. You must agree to and comply with these terms and conditions; if you do not agree and/or comply you will not be eligible to participate and will be disqualified. 

The Prize must be claimed within 14 days of the date of finding the Golden Ticket or Golden Bone. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, we reserve the right to deny you the prize. 

If for any reason the winner chooses not to take up the Prize or any part of the Prize, we reserve the right to ask the winner to confirm this in writing and we will be able to retain or dispose of the Prize (or part of the Prize) at our own discretion. 

Disqualification – We reserve the right to refuse to award the Prize or disqualify an entrant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or otherwise where an entrant has gained unfair advantage in participating in this promotion or won using fraudulent means.

You agree that we may use your Image, name, social media handle and other information which identifies you for promotional purposes.

Liability – To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude any and all liability for any loss, damage or injury occurring to you or any third party arising from your entry into the promotion or arising from your acceptance and use of the Prize.
