A Journey Across Islands—and Oceans
This unique release begins with Single Cask Single Malts distilled on Scotland’s most iconic whisky-producing islands: Islay, Arran, Jura, and Orkney. Each brings its own distinct coastal character—sea spray, peat smoke, and bracing freshness.
But we didn’t stop there.
To push the boundaries of Island Malt whisky, we chose to finish this special vatting in ex-Tequila casks. The result? A whisky that retains its island soul, but with a radiant twist of Mexican warmth and depth.
Tasting Notes: A Sun-Kissed Maritime Dram
Nose:
Bright bursts of zesty citrus, subtle bonfire smoke, and a touch of crème brûlée creaminess.
Palate:
Viscous and rich, revealing crisp apple, caramel, and waves of intense vanilla, all anchored by a gentle peated malt core.
Finish:
Long and lingering, with sweet impressions of brown sugar, toasted oak, and a coastal salinity that stays with you.
