Offered at an alcohol strength of 48.4%, this new release has been matured in merlot red wine casks distilled in 2008 and bottled in October 2024, elevating the complexity and depth to introduce entirely new taste experiences.
This exclusive release is one of 336 bottles from one single cask, highlighting the unique character and quality of this exclusive whisky. The bottle itself features information about the product and tasting and flavour notes. The Old Particular Red wine cask edition features no colouring and chill filtration, emphasising the natural aspects and flavours of our exclusive release .
Due to the maturation profile of this release, consumers can expect a profile led by hard candy and honey’d cereal notes. The French Oak provides a palate of rich dark toffee with ganache, allowing the grain influence to become a focus, offering s powerful finish full of cinnamon spice and ripe red fruits.
